General principle

Inspectly works primarily on your device and requires no Inspectly account. Tisodas does not collect or receive your inspection data.

Data stored locally

The app may locally store inspections, observations, actions, owners, participants, sites, reference lists, photos, GPS positions attached to photos, signatures, preferences, branding and PDF or CSV files.

Camera, photos and location

The camera is used only when you take a photo for an observation. If Photo GPS Recording is enabled, Inspectly requests location while in use to attach a position to a new photo. It performs no continuous tracking and does not automatically fill the observation’s business location.

You may voluntarily choose a logo through Apple’s photo picker. Inspectly does not receive general access to your photo library and uses only the selected image.

PDF, CSV and sharing

PDF and CSV reports are generated and stored locally. Sharing is initiated voluntarily through system features. The selected service or app then applies its own privacy rules.

StoreKit and Apple services

Inspectly uses StoreKit and the App Store to activate the free 7-day trial, display and purchase Inspectly Pro, verify access and restore purchases. Apple processes these operations under its own terms. Tisodas does not receive your payment details.

Apple Maps may be opened voluntarily to show a position. Apple’s processing is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

System backups

Depending on your Apple device configuration, local app data may be included in system backup mechanisms controlled by your Apple settings and services.

Advertising, tracking and analytics

Inspectly contains no advertising, tracking or analytics, and no active Tisodas server receives inspections. No third-party SDK is included in the version described here.

Retention and deletion

Data remains on the device until deleted. Deleting an inspection in the app removes its associated data and files. Copies already exported, shared or included in a backup must be managed at their destination.
