General operation
Inspectly Round works without creating an account, without CloudKit and without a Tisodas server. Inspection data is processed locally on the device. It is transmitted only when you voluntarily choose to export or share a document.
Data stored locally
Depending on your use, the application may retain round templates, rounds, areas and checkpoints, observations, actions, photos, operators, sites, the company name, work-order references, dates, states, statuses, settings and PDF reports. This data remains stored locally on the device unless you voluntarily share a PDF, export a file, or save or transmit a document using iOS system features.
Seven-day trial
Inspectly Round offers a local seven-day trial starting on the first launch. After this period, some creation or editing features require Inspectly Round Pro. The first-launch date is stored locally on the device and is used only to calculate the trial period. No personal data is sent to Tisodas to manage this trial.
In-app purchase
Inspectly Round offers an optional in-app purchase named Inspectly Round Pro. It is a one-time, non-consumable purchase with no subscription, processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store.
Tisodas does not receive your bank details, does not process the payment directly and does not store any payment card data. The purchase is managed through your Apple Account. Purchase restoration is available in the application. For questions about billing, refunds or your Apple Account, please refer to Apple’s services.
Purchase information
The application consults the information provided by Apple that is needed to identify the available product, determine whether Inspectly Round Pro has been purchased, restore a purchase and verify the current entitlement status. Tisodas does not receive or store a complete banking receipt.
Photos and logo
Camera access occurs when you choose to take a photo to document an observation. Photos remain associated with the round’s local data and may appear in the generated PDF report. They are not automatically sent to Tisodas.
You may voluntarily select a company logo with Apple’s photo picker. The application does not automatically browse your entire photo library and uses only the selected image to customise PDF reports. The logo remains local to the application.
PDF reports and sharing
PDF reports are generated locally on the device. They may contain round information, observations, actions, statuses, dates, photos and the selected logo. Sharing is initiated voluntarily by the user through iOS system features. Services or applications selected for sharing may apply their own privacy policies. Tisodas does not automatically receive these files.
Apple system services
Some features use Apple system services, including the App Store and StoreKit for the in-app purchase, the camera, the photo picker and the share sheet. Processing carried out directly by Apple is subject to Apple’s privacy policy and terms.
Collection, tracking and third parties
The current version creates no user account, contains no advertising, performs no advertising tracking, includes no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK, and does not use geolocation. Tisodas does not automatically collect inspection data and does not sell your data. Purchase information is managed by Apple, and data you share voluntarily is processed by the destinations you select.
Retention and deletion
Data remains on the device until you delete it in the application, remove the relevant files or uninstall the application. Some preferences, the logo, the PIN or templates may require separate deletion or a complete uninstall. Copies already exported, shared or backed up must be deleted from their destination.
Security
Data benefits from the standard protections of the iOS sandbox and file system. The application PIN is a practical access lock and should not be considered application-level encryption.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when features or data processing change. The latest update date appears at the top of this page.
